I have had always a lot of appreciation for the SOV and the way Vietnamese people in the Netherlands are geintegreerd. Think for example of the entrepreneurship of the Vietnamezen. There we can learn as Dutch still much of. I also think of the way in which you have used yourself for improvements in vietnam. For this reason are I also glad that you have been successful. Vietnam becomes more and more a country which becomes more and more open and there its much hoopvolle developments. Toch is leave there still long. It goes economically better than ever, but the challenge is for this to put in real freedom and rights for people. That still a complete large step is. The government can play a role, but that is nevertheless a restricted role. Eventually people themselves must fight for freedom. That is even in the Netherlands this way. That is something where we with vietnam concerning must will talk. You can only live together if you make good agreements as government and people and on each other can count. That means that there legislation must come but that is not easy set up. What is the basic principles where one goes from. Does one follow which countries and principles?
